Tribratanews.kaltim.polri.go.id, Balikpapan – In an effort to monitor the smooth flow of traffic and ensure a conducive situation during the Christmas holiday and approaching New Year’s Eve, the Public Relations Task Force of East Kalimantan Regional Police (Polda Kaltim), part of the Lilin Mahakam 2023 operation, conducted a Live Report on Sunday (31/12/2023).
The traffic monitoring activities were carried out at the traffic light intersection of Rapak in Balikpapan. The Public Relations Task Force team from Polda Kaltim monitored the flow and density of vehicles, ensuring safety and order on the road.
The observations clearly showed that the traffic at the Rapak traffic light intersection in Balikpapan was flowing smoothly. Vehicles were moving without significant congestion. This condition demonstrates the effectiveness of security measures and traffic management implemented by the personnel of East Kalimantan Regional Police.
Director of Public Relations of East Kalimantan Regional Police, Commissioner Police Yusuf Sutjeo, S.I.K., M.T., stated that the monitoring conducted is part of the commitment of East Kalimantan Regional Police to provide service and protection to the public during this holiday season.
